Federica Parente (Flora Päär, Pareal, Alpaca Parterre) è un’artista, voice performer e suonoterapeuta a cui piace sperimentare e suggerire ambienti di ascolto sereno-variabili, a tratti onirici, assecondando l’umana inclinazione di unire mente e corpo, attraverso l’emozione.
Attraverso i suoi progetti ed attività di musicoterapia, Federica Parente ha sviluppato un’alta sensibilità verso il suono e i suoi poteri rilassanti e terapeutici. Originaria pugliese, desidera trasmettere la magia della nostra terra ed impastarla con correnti musicali tribali-ancestrali e con la sobrietà della capitale tedesca Berlino, dove ha vissuto per anni.
La sua reinterpretazione di quarantena serena si articola in oltre quaranta tracce, divise tematicamente in due playlist. La prima, ‘Morning Glory’, dà il buongiorno e fa assaporare a pieno l’aroma del caffè, sfoggiando musica ambient e proto-dub. La seconda, ‘Think Less’, è una selezione di tracce spensierate ma animate, di classici anni 70-80 da ascoltare mentre si cucina, si pulisce o si cambia l’armadio.
